This Privacy Policy describes Parun’s practices with respect to the collection and use of information that may include personal data, you provide on our websites, including but not limited to www.parun.eu, and/or any other website or application available on the internet that are included in the subdomain of the domain parun.eu by using the web browser, data transfer or email communication from the domain or to the domain parun.eu. In order to maintain the functionality of the website and provide the services required by users, Parun may collect and use personal data of users on this website. The types of personal data that we collect include:
First name, last name, email address, telephone number and home address, personal identification number.
Video footage may be collected in any of our premises. Video recordings are collected primarily to detect quality, security and frauds. Video footage may show the license plate of your vehicle.
You may always choose what personal data (if any) you wish to provide to us. If you choose not to provide certain details, however, some of your transactions with Parun may be impacted.
Data we collect automatically
When using our website, we also collect information automatically, some of which may be personal data. Delivery data in our main computer system are archived (meaning that your personal data are erased from the system) automatically after the elapse of 18 months following the month of service.
Video footage is automatically erased within 60 days after it is recorded.
We retain all emails permanently or at least for a period of 11 years as they may contain information in relation to provided services that might be relevant for tax purposes and required to be produced to tax authorities in the Republic of Croatia. Electronic mail is an official form of communication and any request for correction, deletion or alteration of information contained in emails that may cause incontestable tax risks will be automatically rejected.
Security
